At Standout HI, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within reason. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.
📦 All returns and exchanges must be approved by our team first. Email us at standouthimedia@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return to begin the process.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and non-refundable, including:
Sale or clearance items
Custom or personalized orders
Stickers or accessories marked as final sale
Media services, digital products, or downloadable content
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll work to make it right — either by replacement, exchange, or refund depending on availability.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed merchandise in original condition.
Media services and digital products are non-refundable.
Final sale items are not eligible for return.

By booking our media services, you acknowledge:
Our work is artistic and subjective; creative decisions are at our discretion.
Selection and editing of final content is solely up to the Standout HI team.
Booking a media shoot does not guarantee athletic recruitment or exposure outcomes.
Clients must adhere to deadlines for deposits, contracts, and content approvals.
