    Effective Date: June 25, 2025 At Standout HI, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and products. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within reason. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below. 1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required. 📦 All returns and exchanges must be approved by our team first.     Q: How long will it take to get my order? A: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and selected shipping method.     Q: How do your clothes fit? A: Most of our apparel is true to size with a relaxed, athletic fit. For a looser or oversized look, we recommend sizing up. The material will vary on the fit. Q: What materials do you use? A: We use premium cotton and blended fabrics that are breathable, durable, and made to move with you. Each product lists specific material details. Be sure to check each product description to know the type of material used. Q: Will there be restocks? A: Once a product is sold out, it’s usually gone for good. We will never release the same design in the same style or color. We release limited drops — don’t miss out!
