Media Usage Terms & Consent

By booking and hiring StandOut HI Media for services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Pricing Terms:
  All pricing is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Pricing provided at inquiry does not constitute a binding guarantee. Rates are only secured once a service agreement is fully executed and required deposits are received.

• Rate Adjustments:
  Pricing is periodically reviewed and adjusted to reflect equipment upgrades, service enhancements, operating costs, and market conditions. All published or quoted pricing is non-negotiable once secured.

• Custom Pricing:
  Custom pricing may be offered at the discretion of StandOut HI Media based on specific project needs that exceed standard services.

• Performance Disclaimer:
  StandOut HI Media does not control athlete playing time, coaching decisions, game flow, or individual performance. Any limited playing time or underperformance does not alter payment obligations.

• Coverage Disclaimer:
  While every effort is made to capture impactful content, specific plays, moments, or highlights are not guaranteed. The nature of live sports introduces uncontrollable variables such as game flow, positioning, obstructions, weather, lighting, and technical factors that may limit coverage.

• Non-Refundable Terms:
  All deposits, retainers, and payments are non-refundable once made. Scheduling secures time, resources, and travel commitments that remain due regardless of uncontrollable circumstances.

• Creative Control & Editing Authority:
  StandOut HI Media maintains full creative control over the editing process. Clients are not involved in editing decisions, raw footage review, or content approval prior to delivery. All final edits reflect StandOut HI Media’s professional standards, creative discretion, and production style. Additional revision requests may incur additional fees. No images or shots are guaranteed to make the gallery. The client is not involved in the selection process of the images or the editing style. 

• Release

  • All media captured may be used by StandOut HI Media for promotional, advertising, marketing, and social media purposes, including but not limited to: website, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital or print platforms.

  • No compensation, royalties, credit, or additional permissions are required or expected for the use of such media.

  • Media will not be resold as standalone products (e.g. stock images or third-party merchandise), but may be used to promote StandOut HI Media’s services and showcase its work and capabilities.

  • By proceeding with booking and payment, you fully acknowledge and consent to these media usage terms.

• StandOut HI Media is authorized to photograph, film, and capture media of the athlete during the course of scheduled sessions, events, and activities.
